I don’t really know what to say about the potential disease. I’m not for rabies being spread either, but I’m also not for killing all animals to make sure it doesn’t spread.
Disease is a fact of life in nature. I mean plague alone is scary enough to possibly make one never want to venture outside, but then you would miss out on some of the most beautiful sites and things this world has to offer.
I think the way this was handled was quite bizarre to put it mildly.
