That would be the Reichstag fire he wants, but my gut feeling, is that Kipling's Saxon will not wake up anytime soon. I wish I could be more positive than that, but I can't. My opinion, is that each man sees himself as an individual, going up against the entire government. Not exactly to conducive to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
