Your wife is a smart woman. Balconies and pools are (understandably) considered desirable amenities, but they scare the bejesus out of me.

Heights and my kids freak me out, too. When I’ve gone to UT and AZ with them and even here in CO, I don’t let them do any messing around when we’ve gone to scenic overlooks, etc.
