The CIA operatives were probably directing the local "security" troops to eliminate Stevens and the other witnesses to the gun running of Libyan weapons, including thousands of shoulder launched SAMs, to the Al Qaeda terrorists slaughtering Christians in Syria. Dead men tell no tales.
