It seems like the city officials have something similar to a football pool going on. Perhaps they're placing bets on how much PC crap they can get away with before enough sensible CITIZENS call them out on their BS. What obsesses supposedly edumucated people to come up with garbage like this? I oftentimes find Michael Savage to be over the top, be he's absolutely right, liberalism IS a mental disorder.
