Leftists really are mentally ill. Seattle is one of those places where its like an infection.

They were called brown-bag lunches because lunch bags have traditionally been - uh - brown.Exactly! These people are completely mental!

Does this mean Morgan Freeman cant talk about black holes anymore?Well he can. If you are of a pinkish hue, you better not be mentioning them!
To: beaversmom
They even wanted to ban peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in some school down there as racist

I had a friend in college who was blind. He once (as a point of satire) petitioned the college to ban hurtful sayings such as; look at it this way, cant you see? and picture this.LOL! That's great. I'm surprised they haven't come up with a word in place of blind. I'm sure that's got to be offensive somehow.

What the hell, “subjects” is now more accurate than “citizens” anyway.

Oh my goodness! Truly, there have to be some fairly somewhat sane liberals out there that think that some of this stuff is getting beyond ridiculous. What could be racist about PBJ?!? Hello?! George Washington Carver!

Having Viking blood in my system, I am offended by such a loose use of the term “sack”. As I imagine my friends of Mongolian ancestry are as well.

“Luckily, we’ve got options,” Elliott Bronstein of the Office for Civil Rights wrote in the memo.
Luckily as a CITIZEN, I have options and that is to ignore you silliness and speak the language. If it offends you that is YOUR prob;em to deal with not mine...........

Very good! :) I’ll have to look up the original story. That is just insane and so hard to believe. Is there now a ban on PBJ’s? I remember some black politician or official in TX getting offended by the term “blackhole” that was used in a meeting by a white person. These people need to be locked up and fed with a stick! ;)

Do we have to kowtow to every whim of radical liberal types, to prove were not racist/sexist/xenophobic and all that ??????
It seems like the city officials have something similar to a football pool going on. Perhaps they're placing bets on how much PC crap they can get away with before enough sensible CITIZENS call them out on their BS. What obsesses supposedly edumucated people to come up with garbage like this? I oftentimes find Michael Savage to be over the top, be he's absolutely right, liberalism IS a mental disorder.

"Lunch and learn"?
That sounds like something a kindergarten teacher would say.
Kiddies, it's "lunch and learn time". Then you get a nappy-poo.
And I don't know ANYONE who brown bags it call it a "sack lunch".
"Brown bagging" just means you made something or brought something from home.
Sometimes I just HATE this city.
Just when I think liberals can't possibly get more ridiculous, they ALWAYS surprise me.

To add another point, when I was a kid in the 70s, we had a substitute teacher who was elderly.
She told us: "Time to get your dinner pails!".
We of course laughed.
You mean our lunch boxes?
We weren't around during the Depression, so it sounded silly.

The correct AF term is 'bag-nasty' for a purported meal.

What about potentially offensive abbreviations like: GTH, ESAD, GFY, & FUEB?
