We need people who exercise their rights. This looks like an overreach to me, because the police did not like the way he looked. I am sure we will find more in the future.

I prefer a more incremental approach, myself.

Faggots flaunt their sexual depravity and expect us to consider it “normal.” Carrying a firearm openly should be so commonplace as to evince a friendly conversation, not disgust. This nation is upside down.

Florida has very specific open carry rules and I carry openly any chance I get.

I side with the officers on this one. All else is BS and nobody is going to change my mind.

If he was walking downtown with a rifle slung over his shoulder and a bullet proof vest, I would hope a police officer would stop and at least question and investigate the individual. Had he cooperated, answered some simple questions and said he was exercising his rights. Then they should have let him on his way.

This was a stunt and he got exactly what he wanted. He wanted to put police in a bad situation.

NC is moving in the right direction with a law allowing hunters to use suppressors on guns.

“The NFA documents are federal tax forms.”

This means he is under NO obligation EVER to show them to anyone not ATF and in court, as they’re just as private as your 1040.
