What a foolish premise.In *this* country,at least,people of all races,ethnicities,religions and genders commit crimes.And they're crimes of all sorts.My people,for example...Irish and white...commit at least their share of crimes,big and small.Whites....blacks....browns...yellows...and reds commit crimes.And some members of each group are clearly “criminals”.

IMO the problem, and it's real, that blacks have in the criminal justice system is a result of bad to terrible legal representation. If your lawyer is a Public Defender, you have no lawyer.

This situation is exacerbated by the abuses lawyers have commited against the law. It should be abundantly clear that rich people don't often go to jail. Its the way the system works; always & everywhere.

This doesn't change the foundational social pathology that passes as black "culture". Stereotypes & profiles came into existance for a reason and that's not going to change until the underlying foundation is rebuilt; lots and lots of work there boyo.

& the black folk can march from Washington to LA and it don't mean a thing.
