I experience one my Son's friend being arrested because of a complaint regarding words on the Internet from a person who said the words were threats. Was a fabricated lie but the authorities were obligated to arrest him. Son's friend spent nearly six months in jail under one/half million dollar bond. Taught me a valuable lesson regarding the Patriot Act. Learned Patriots were the ones being put in jail.

oh forgot the most important part of my post to you. All the charges were eventually dropped. Took nearly six months but that is the way the whole escapade went.
