I’ve got 2 female - 1 older RN and 1 younger MD OBGYN - cousins who are strict lib-dems and I’d either reduce them to tears while their conservative hubby’s smirked, at large family dinners, or I’d be very nice, which is what I do now that we’re all over 60. We get along now that I made them understand what absolute hell-on-earth’s coming on 1/1/14.

I catching-up on CP’s podcasts from yesterday and today; probably be up to 1am again. Feels nice to sleep-in until 5:30-6am, instead of getting-up at 3am for 22 yrs. Trying to break that old Farming habit.

Most Farmers do get up and go to work between 3-4am, get 8-12hrs in, take a break and work until dark. We do go to sleep early, though. I had 28 employees, so I had a foreman, 2 supervisors, 3 office staff, 22 workers and many hundreds of customers up and down the food chain. Now that I closed on 11/1/11, after 22yrs due to economy and gov’t interference, it’s taken time to try to get my Circadian Rhythm ‘modified’ back to semi-normal, even now in retirement. Tough transition for me. Wish I was still working. I’m slowly adjusting...
