...and according to Obie a black man has the right to cap any white person following too closely behind him.

We live in a politically correct world now.

I would be afraid of getting in any altercation with a black person. Why? Because the way the social/legal climate is now, the presumption is that the black person is innocent of any wrongdoing, while it is up to you to prove that you were not somehow at fault.

How many people want to do neighborhood watch now? How many neighborhood watch people are now bending over backwards to avoid reporting suspicious activity by blacks, for fear of being the next George Zimmerman?

Does anyone else think that it was stupid, for the race baiters, liberals and MSM, to use this case as some sort of metaphor or symbol for the state of race relations, and treatment of black people under the law in this country?

They are taking all sorts of liberties with the truth, in order to make a narrative that a “white Hispanic” with a gun shot a black boy for no reason. And they are taking liberties with the truth to make it sound as if the biggest threat to black men in this country is a white Hispanic neighborhood watch person with a gun. The fact that the biggest threat to black men is another black man with a gun is ignored as they pursue this narrative.
