Agreed, it does look that way and the RNC’s are most surely dirty.
I’d bet the RNC is not happy with this piece from Adams. :-)

It's a very good piece by Adams. The RNC can't be happy about it. I can't imagine them pursuing PJM over this. What's their defense?
