I listened to a few minutes of a local stations ‘best of this weeks Rush’ in the car yesterday and he goes on about how the GOP doesnt need to reach out to others, they need to be ‘conservative’. Oh, and that his idea of conservatism always sells to voters, and it always 'works'.
Of course conservative to Rush is fighting for tax cuts for himself and Romney, yet that is exactly what Romney ran on.
Rush #1 principle is HIS making more $$$ and his business does the best the MORE power Dems have and less that GOP have, like 1993 and 2009. That may help explain why his advice is usually so bad.
Sure Rush is not Obama, but many take Rush's words for Gospel who just turn off Obama when he comes on TV.
