Same here. I don't do FB, either. Something like the 9/12 meet up groups format would work better, IMO.

It isn’t just ‘old people’ that despise Facebook...sporting events at ESPN had comment boards where thousands of people would post their thoughts (such as they were) on the game they were interested in...for example; Texas Rangers vs. Los Angeles Angels would see posts in the 3000-4000 range. ESPN decided to convert to a different system that REQUIRED a Facebook account. Before the 7/17 changeover, people were raising all kinds of hell with ESPN. Now, under the NEW system; games that used to receive THOUSANDS of comments now get a few dozen, at best. People from ALL walks of life do NOT like Facebook. If the people running this campaign are serious, they need to provide alternatives to Facebook, or they WILL fail.
