Duh, that anti-protest dictate sounds like: “What would Hitler do?”
You can blame EVERY politician for that bill, they voted almost unanimously FOR IT. None of them want protest at “their” rallies, speechs or anywhere else they might congregate. Simply, “Not in my backyard”.
