The black culture is a pack of racist imbiciles ruled by a lust for power politics and the money it brings to them. They care not a whit about the corpses (not corps) tossed up on the scrap heap of life over which they paw their vampire ways to reach the acme of a parasitic idol.

In my younger days, the deign of miscrant black youths was the black cop on the beat. Black detectives I worked with were embarrassed over what they saw in their “communities” and with which they disagreed because they felt it held them back. It is no different than other minorities either.
Ethnic Italian police were at the front of fighting the Mafia. Unfortunately this “community policing and politicing” seems to have vanished over the past few decades, and for that I have not a clue.

Actually one of the big problems facing inner city blacks is the reliance on "street news". Its so bad that CNN or MSNBC would actually be a step up.
