Christine Quinn was so weak, even a candidate that New Yorkers weren’t crazy about her quickly surpassed her. But once it was revealed Weiner was, well Weiner, Quinn seemed better than him. This is a race just looking for a candidate.

I could see Bill Thompson winning out—and he’s probably the least bad of the three.
