Marco Rubio warned in an op-ed on Thursday that there is mounting evidence Obamacare creates more problems than it solves and he called on lawmakers to stop the disastrous law from taking effect. It is time to admit that Obamacare isn't going to work, decide not to waste a single cent more on it, and replace it with market-based reforms that will give people more health insurance choices and options,

The first-term senator said that we still have time to do something about this, pointing to an upcoming September deadline for Congress to pass a short-term spending bill to fund the federal government. We should pass one that keeps the government open, but doesn't waste any more money on Obamacare, according to Rubio, who said that the president and his allies, including some Republicans will accuse him of threatening to shut down the government. In fact, it is President Obama who insists on shutting down the government unless it funds his failed Obamacare experiment, said Rubio.

I think Rubio will run in 2016. After all, his ideological Great Uncle McCain got the GOP nomination in 2008 after absolutely betraying conservatives in 2007.
Real conservatives will speak out against hum, but Dems and RINOS will say that is because if racism. That won’t work against Cruz, not only for the obvious reasons, but also that Cruz, unlike other GOP characters, has made thoughtful and objective arguments.

To me, it all boils down to amnesty. If it passes, Rubio is sure to run. It won’t matter who the hell runs if amnesty passes. The damage will have been done.PERMANENTLY!
I won't vote for Rubio in either case.
Actually, several years ago I had a neighbor that was a herbalist.She would “doctor” me for minor ailments. I've never found a replacement since she passed away.
