PS: make sure the state PO-leece are all black; since I don’t think a white PO-leeceman could stop, shakedown, arrest, or shoot a local hoodlum, w/o creating an international incident.

Good point. Nowadays, white cops dealing with black suspects are going to be considered racist. In this politically correct world, ideally we would have only black cops dealing with the black criminal element, to neutralize talk of racism.
