It has taken awhile for the Dems to get around to telling Filner to quit. If he had been a Republican, they would have demanded his head on Day One. It’s fun to read the posts for San Diego’s local newspaper online, watching some of the local Dems remain in self righteous denial for their candidate. I must say I was surprised, however, to see left wing publicity hound, Gloria Allred grab the microphone and pile on Filner for one of the accusers. I guess the money must have been just too good to pass on joining the dogpile.

I believe the first Democrat in charge of Orange County finances ....can't remember his name, I think it was Citron, had Orange County go BELLY UP!!
