The IRS is the agency tasked with enforcing Obamacare.

My enrolled agent gnome tells me...

* The 16,000 new agents aren't for Obamacare, but for dependent fraud investigation given the code is complicated in this arena.
* That they don't want to be the enforcer of this mess...
