The second juror to speak publicly said in an interview made available Thursday she feels George Zimmerman "got away with murder" for fatally shooting Trayvon Martin, but that there wasn't enough evidence at trial to convict him under Florida law.
Martin's mother, Sybrina Fulton, released a statement saying, "It is devastating for my family to hear the comments from juror B29, comments which we already knew in our hearts to be true. That George Zimmerman literally got away with murder.
"This new information challenges our nation once again to do everything we can to make sure...

In this interview on ABC the juror gets asked: (LEADING QUESTION) “Some people would say ‘George Zimmerman got away with murder. What would you have to say to that?” She answered “George Zimmerman got away with murder, but you can’t get away from God. I stand by my decision because of the law. If I stood by my decision by my heart, he would have been guilty.” “To me he’s guilty.” “He’s guilty of what?” “Killing Trayvon Martin. But there is not enough evidence to prove he did it intentionally.” She said it could not be manslaughter because we had to prove that when he left home he said to himself ‘I’m going to go and kill Trayvon Martin.”

This juror is a sheep who wants to please. First she was emotionally influenced by the state’s case, then she was emotionally influenced by the other jurors to give up the lone holdout role. Silly putty; a perenially undecided in voter polls who makes her decision on who to vote for based on the last TV ad she saw.
This is one of the main reasons we have juries composed of several people - so that one wimp can’t take away someone’s liberty.
Just listening to the Pat and Stu program on The Blaze.
They are blasting this incompetent airhead of a juror. My side is hurting I was laughing so hard. Best part is when she said she “held out to the end”, then the next day had to look at the evidence and he was not quilty. Yea evidence got in the way. LOL. What an imbecile.
Typical liberal... I feeeeeeel he got away with murder.
Sorry, but the law says he didn’t. You cannot convict based on feeeeeelings.
Liberals can’t survive unless they keep coming up with a new bloody shirt to wave every decade or so.
Maybe because he didn’t yell it so everyone in the building could hear his threat of murder?
Or maybe it was because Trayvon was yelling to loudly for help so others could come and assist him in his attempted murder of George Zimmerman?
Stop being purposely dense, this country has enough blithering morons in it, we don’t need anyone else adding to the count.
It is devastating to know that such idiots are on juries.
His grieving mother did not even raise him. His stepmother, who the father is no longer with, did until a year ago.
A few misstatements are found the condo was the property of the fathers girlfriend Mr Hoodlum he was a member of a gang himself. Question number 2 the mother had tm but did not raise him his aunt raised him in Miami Springs 450 miles away.
No mention is made of the fact that marijuana smokers live on skittles and ice tea. No mention of the fact that the dispatcher asked GZ where he was address wise as there are no street lights and addresses on the buildings. GZ got out an went to get a address thats when the hoodlum who did not live there jumped GZ. He got exactly what he tried to give to GZ.....I followed every moment of the trial...
I am pretty sure she was paid well to open her pie hole, and the point was to stir this back up.
To me, the irony is that what they’re complaining about is basically that they couldn’t convict a man without any evidence that he’d committed a crime, which means what they really wanted was a good old-fashioned lynching.
Devatating?
Yes, for it’s intellectual dishonesty and moral confusion...
There is moral right to convict based on yer emotions and you made the right decision under the law.
But, don’t let “race” “color” your decision just so you can be seen as a Korrect Citizen...
That's probably exactly how she pronounced it.
“got away with murder”
I’m confused. This very same juror indicated that the evidence proved the self defense verdict. Still she indicates Zim “got away with murder”. ???????? What am I missing?
I try to get the language right on this....
Wohrd Tuh Yuh Muthu!
If Trayvon had been murdered in cold blood by a black man instead of shot in self-defense by an Hispanic, we wouldn't be hearing a peep from you.
93% of murders where the victim is black are perpetrated by other blacks.
“I had one woman tell me she would rather be raped and murdered than to shoot someone.”
That is a look into the window of the party of perpetual victimhood. They enjoy being victims and as a result they are just as confused by your preference for self preservation. It is a huge divide, but one is good and one is evil....
I am fukking sick and tired of all these poverty pimps and race baiters wailing that "Saint Trayvon" was hunted down like a dog and murdered by some wannabe cop just because he was black! About the only thing that will satisfy this crowd (including Hymietown Jackson and Reverend Al "the N.....'s pal") would have been for Zimmerman to be convicted of 1st Degree Murder with special circumstances and sentenced to a firing squad immediately!
And the chief poverty pimp Obama is doing his level best to make sure that his peeps stay angry over this "injustice", at least until November, 2014, so he can avoid becoming the lamest of lame ducks when the opposing party retakes the Senate and keeps the House.
Like it or not, FReepers, look back at the absolute crap that came out of Congress in the 2009-2010 sessions and tell me you want to have 2 more years of that starting in 5 1/2 months!
