Perhaps the administration has had a friendly talk about releasing the debriefing files on the POW’s and other material the CIA and others gathered on him. He has fought the release of this material for years and viciously gone after anyone who even suggested this material be released. I wouldn’t put it past this administration to use anything they can lay their hands on to get their way
