"John McCain is a collaborator."

The evidence is in full view, but concealed by the remarkable agitprop campaign, using the full power of the media with complicity of both political parties to mislead a low-information society. Barack Obama and his campaign co-chair filed Senate Bill 2678 in February of 2008, the ‘‘Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act’’ to guarantee the cover provided by the silence of Republicans about McCain's eligibility problem. No Republican would dare raise questions about eligibility with McCain their candidate. The bill failed, and needed to be a Constitutional amendment to have effect anyway, though it was a principal most would support, including this writer.

So Obama campaign co-chair along with Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Pat Leahy sponsored Senate Resolution 511, The Senator John Sidney McCain Natural Born Citizen Act just two months later, in April 2008. They made no secret of their intention. A resolution is not legally actionable. It doesn't make law, but it does make for talking points and affect public opinion. The public, those few who cared, thought SR 511 had rendered McCain eligible.

The Obama team got former judge and Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff to testify, and included a letter from Obama’s Harvard Constitutional Law professor, Larry Tribe, who was still hoping for a Supreme Court Appointment. Chertoff said “My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” Chertoff replied. “That is mine, too,” said Leahy.” Obama signed it, even though he was not born to “American parents”, and never claimed otherwise; nor did he, Obama, assert that he was natural born. He told the truth, that he was born British, but with McCain as his opponent, no one in either party would allow the question to be asked.

McCain has clearly broken campaign laws, certainly violated his oath to preserve and protect, though “Treason”, the only word defined in the Constitution, is probably hard to prove. This writer believes that any legislator who voted to confirm a Wahhabi Muslim convert, John Brennan, for CIA Director has committed treason. Only Republican congressman Nathan Deal of Georgia hat the courage to ask for confirmation of Obama’s eligibility in writing. Deal was quickly dispatched in 2009 using the IRS, which dug through Deal’s tax returns. Deal knew he couldn't fight the specious ethics charges and resigned to become Georgia's Governor. Charges were dropped and so were any future eligibility questions from someone with standing in Congress.

McCain is certainly a collaborator. The attorney defending McCain against challenges that he ran for president illegally in 2000 was partner Christopher Landau from Kirkland & Ellis, a close political ally of Obama in Chicago. Landau's new legal aid, Sarah Herlihy, wrote a Chicago Kent Law Review article lambasting the Natural Born Citizen requirement in 2006, while her boss was head of “The McCain Justice Advisory Committee.” A major contributor to the McCain Justice Advisory Committee was George Soros. Going back at least to the Keating 5, McCain has been compromised many times. He is a tool for whomever has the goods, either on him, or for him.
