Kanye West will not be prosecuted following his airport altercation with a photographer, it has been revealed.
The 36-year-old singer charged a paparazzo who was peppering him with questions upon the singer's arrival at Los Angeles International Airport last Friday.
The photographer was taken to a hospital following the assault. He claimed West attempted to steal his camera and told authorities that he wanted to press charges.

I saw this on one of the odd news shows on TV. It certainly was an assault and he should have been prosecuted.
If found guilty he should have been given a slap on the wrist but still something.

I would agree that it was an assault by an “Elite” black which absolutely avoids prosecution.We have slipped back to Medieval times where lords and bishops were the Elites and required higher orders of proof in order to be prosecuted. The only difference being those “Elites’ had social value. This clown does not even belong to our society and lacks any real value except as a tool for others more able.
that’s more a north carolina basketball thing than race. i assure you if the kid were white with those numbers the charges would have been made to go away as they were in this case.
north carolina basketball is a hugely corrupt organization, but ESPN loves them and the ACC. duke gets away with a lot as well for the same reasons.

Big time college sports, basketball and football, are more corrupt and hypocritical than the NFL, NBA and MLB. Many of us conservatives who rightly reject the worthlessness of modern entertainment have a hard time turning away when our favorite college team takes to the court or gridiron. I know I do.
