That is exactly what is happening. Very few people want to get an engineering degree. They all want a simple MBA and a 12 week wonder PMPErgo, we will remain insanely valuable.

Yes and no. The MBA crowd has a problem in that they do not recognize the talents that they need and companies couldn’t care less and they implode.
