if you read the link it states that Calif gives state food stamps to over 1.3 million
and that 1.3 million people is not included in the YSDa number
so you are getting hosed twice, once with taxes to Fed to pay for food stamps
and again with your state taxes.
Bummer. Thought I had caught a whiff of something positive there. Guess not.
