Last time I checked, the words “safe sex” are not in the Constitution.

What men, and women want, above all is SAFE sex. It’s our constitutional right.

Actually, the term "safe sex" refers to practices that make transmission of STDs less likely.

Although I guess they classify babies as STDs.
