As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Trayvon Martins parents settlement with the Retreat at Twin Lakes Home Owners Association is believed to be higher than $1 million.
.
.
.
In the same time frame the lawsuit was filed, Sybrina Fulton also filed two petitions to patent and trademark Trayvon Martin merchandise including the phrases I Am Trayvon and Justice For Trayvon. Such Trayvon Martin merchandise is turning out to be quite lucrative for many seeking to profit from the George Zimmerman trial by pandering to both sides of the issue.
While Sybrina Fulton already had a $68,768 salary with the Miami-Dade County government, Trayvon Martins mother received a eight month paid vacation worth $40,825. Such Trayvon Martin donations only soared higher as time went on.

It will be interesting to see how long the settlement lasts them.In the Honor-among-Thieves department: it will be even more interesting to watch these (put your favorite Serengeti scavenger/pest here)s try to agree on how to divvy up the spoils. From what I've heard, they don't get along at all, and have made many beds on the side.
I want the popcorn and the Acquittle/Skittle franchises for that one.

As far as the HOA: they all have insurance and Im certain that it was the insurance carrier that paid out, not the homeowners.
what if the legal information contained in the settlement agreement turns out to be fraudulent (i.e. racial motivation)? Who the insurance company go after their money?

And Beyonce and Jay Z. I imagine she enjoys that a whole lot more than she enjoyed the son she threw out of the house.

They been PAAAAYYYYED BOOIIIIII! Just confirms what I’ve always said, this is all about money and they were willing to send an innocent guy up the river for it. No responsibility as parents and absolutely no integrity as human beings.

Last week Ted Nugent said Zimmerman should sue Traydmarksparents. I thought that was going a bit overboard, but after reading this and all the hell they put Zimmerman through ESPECIALLY when they knew what their son was like, SCREW THEM! Sue the hell out of them!

Theres something sickening about this. If they had given the money to charity, it would have made a good point. Yeah, if they had given money to a charity that would be an indication that they had some virtue in them.
If they were somewhat virtuous people, chances are their son would have learned along the way that it is not a good thing to pound a stranger's head into the cement MMA-style and tell him he is going to die.

...integrity as human beings? Here we have a clear cut example of Obama (and his son), siding and stoking racial tensions. How presidential. Presidentially racist. The real “no limit” thug, in our White House
If more people die cuzz of him stoking the fires, he should own the deaths.....

If the HOA’s insurance policy is an “occurrence” form contract, or has an aggregate coverage limit that met the amount of the settlement, then there is nothing left under the policy to pay out. And the Martins and their bottom-feeding lawyers are SOL.

I hope they ask 0bama for investment advice. They should put all of their money into green energy companies and try to get rich quick.

Would the insurance company have paid the Martin family
PRIOR to determination of the guilt or innocence of the neighborhood watch captain if the Martin family were white? NO.

kind of like that woman in Baltimore (McDonalds employee) a while back who claimed to have a winning lottery ticket but she claimed the winner was a "separate purchase" from the McDonald's pool. There were death threats and thugs showing up at her house to collect - she wasn't even a winner after all it turns out.

Not just their HOA any HOA that has a neighborhood watch. How about an HOA that has a neighborhood watch that carries?
Board resolution that you cant carry on neighborhood watch?
If you dont your rates go up.
See how the game is played?
George was on his way to the store, but as a volunteer when is he on and when is he off neighborhood watch? In this case, was HOA liable? Doesnt matter, insurance company wants to settle. Known risk is better than unknown after verdict.
Bottom line, rates go up if HOA does not take steps to limit risk in reference to neighborhood watch and conceal carry.

IIRC, the IRS shows up at your doorstep immediately in the case of windfall profits, including paid vacation. We all know that they will not overlook these new members of the 1% elite, right?
Of course, after their lawyers, relatives, assorted hangers-on and race-pimps get through, they may not have much left.
Rush just mentioned that Phil Michelson’s winnings from The Open totaled about $2 million. British & California taxes will take 61% of that.
