The unrestricted lying of politicians in 2013 is a sobering sign of the extent to which they feel in control of the nation. That any politician would say what Pelosi says would be shocking but that someone with her high position weekly makes such dishonest statements is horrible.
Let those who exalt such despots form their own territory. They are incompatible with a free and responsible people and nation.

We really need a new IQ scale to correctly categorize the bimbo. With our current scale - using 100 as the norm - we need negative numbers (very large ones) to rate her (or it).
Me, I'd go with a fair measure of both.
If there were an award for Most Addled Bonehead in Congress, Pelosi would win, hands down.
And THAT would be a very, very, VERY tough competition.
These socialists will not stop till they have erased individual freedom across the board. They will not relent on this issue, it is clear. We have a foundational formalized right and solid US Supreme Court decisions but in practice, nothing has changed, while these socialists keep pressing to restrict freedom more fully.

I will go with the first-hand experience of one of our representatives who said that, while she was majority leader in the House, everything was about politics. She is not stupid, but she is totally political. Lying is just part of the political battle for her. The representative indicated everything was about politics.
