We had family friends, effeminate man, masculine woman. In today’s world, they would have been encouraged to be homosexual. Instead, they had a loving marriage, and normal kids.
Interesting as I know such couples too. They seem to get along just fine with the bodies they were born with. Not every man has to be a "manly man" and not every woman needs to be a delicate flower of femininity. It doesn't mean you were born the wrong sex. Unfortunately, that's the message our society is sending though. It seems that every 6-year-old boy who might shun rough sports or show an interest in cooking is suddenly encouraged to "identify" as a girl. That's just not right and it's child abuse of the worst kind.
