My father (may he rest in peace) would have told the people doing the "morphing", "You know what? You wouldn't be happy if you were hung with a new rope!"

Nothing will those satisfy mindless drones with an agenda. Next, it will be "Zimmerman would not have helped them if they were gay", "Zimmerman would not have helped them if they were illegal aliens", "Zimmerman would not have helped them if they were one-eyed, one-horned, flying purple people eaters".

How do THEY know what he would have done or not done? Are they now prescient? My take is, he is just the kind of guy who likes to try and help other people, his community, etc. Sometimes, his efforts have run into terrible sets of colliding motives.
