What powers do the Royals have? (Im seriously asking)Depends what you call powers. Theoretically, the monarch still rules and the government runs things at his or her pleasure. Practically, that means that the Prime Minister keeps the monarch in the loop on what's going on, and might listen to their opinion, but that's about it. One reason the monarchy survives is that they've learned not to interfere.
On the other hand, they do a lot of charitable work and they draw attention to their pet causes by their presence, so there's that.

“This kid will never have to work a day in its life and will have everything handed to it. Sad actually.”
Are you talking about the future King of England or a welfare recipient?
Aw, wait, come to think of it the King of England will probably do more work than the average welfare recipient.

after birth, the baby began crying orally and then defecated anally. LOLOL I am at work, laughing verrry quietly...

And more to the point, why have a Caesarian, risking complications in future births as well as other maternal health issues, if it’s not necessary for the mother or baby?
Kate must have been following her prescribed prenatal diet rigorously to have such a large baby when she’s so thin. I’ve always taken pregnancy as license to get fat, myself, since nobody cares but my doctor and I’m paying him.

Except that you never see James and James at the same time, only one of them.

Oh, well, isnt that just great. This is just what the world needed.....yet another welfare recipient! The British Royal Family bring far more money into the British treasury than they cost. They're a huge economic engine.

I was thinking George because the chart had it as number one. Washington and Bush are two presidents the left despises.

That is a shame. The only real negative arising out of childbirth.

Speaking of names, why is her nick spelled Kate when derived from Catherine? English thing?

I thought it was something like that. I thought they actually had no legal say in anything. I knew they did charitable causes. William and Harry both serve/served in the military. I think some FReepers are being quite harsh on them. They obviously have every advantage in life, but they seem to be decent people. (I like Harry the best)

TMI, CNN. Do we really need to know everything? Is there a euphymism you might use to, oh I don’t know, just be every so slightly polite. Gad.
‘Gave birth ‘Naturally’ comes to mind. “Without intervention.” ‘Without medical intervention.” ANY of these would suffice.
