Jesse Ventura’s lawsuit against “American Sniper” author Chris Kyle -- purportedly the deadliest-ever American servicemen -- can proceed with the war hero’s widow as a substitute defendant, a judge has ruled.

In Kyle's book, he wrote that "Scruffy Face" (he didn't name dumb ass) was trash talking at a gathering at a bar following a SEAL'S funeral. "Scruffy Face" was told to knock it off. "Scruffy Face" proceeded to talk about 9/11 being an inside job, GWB was bad........oh yeah and the SEALS deserved to die.

So, Scruffy Face got knocked the F out.

Ventura claimed that "Scruffy Face" was him, but the story wasn't true and Kyle was lying. Me thinks the roided out douche bag doth protest too much.
