My sister is in a memory care unit. Twice a week I'll take her in a couple of burgers from Mickey D's. That's what she wants that what I get her. I've noticed though that their menu is now nearly impossible too decipher. Fast Food for most people means they want to easily see what the place has and the price. If I want healthy alternatives for myself I usually go to a Subway. Oddly enough their menus are real reader friendly.

I've noticed though that their menu is now nearly impossible too decipher. I, too, have noticed the weirdness in quick service menu displays. The worst ones are video displays with no printed version at all. The only intelligible part is the dollar menu, which is fortunate because that's all we order from. Actually, some of the items I order have not been on the menu for years (as far as I can see), but are still available. It's like there is a grey market menu for those of us oldies who stubbornly avoid the latest fad foods.
