CHICAGO (CBS) An Illinois state representative has publicly raised the possibility that Chicago police officers might be the ones responsible for the unsolved murders of black youths in Chicago.
State Rep. Monique Davis (D-Chicago) was interviewed about Chicago crime Tuesday on WCHB-AM in Detroit. Im going to tell you what some suspicions have been, and people have whispered to me: theyre not sure that black people are shooting all of these children, Davis said.
Theres some suspicion and I dont want to spread this, but Im just going to tell you what Ive been hearing they suspect maybe the police are killing some of these kids.
When WBBM asked Davis if she thinks its possible that police are killing children, she said, I dont know. I dont know that they are, and I dont know that they arent, since no ones been arrested. We dont know whos doing it.

Again we agree.
In answer to your first comment, no, not really. But about your second sentence, wouldn't a bunch of 60 grain .22 killings make someone take notice? Don't most people in the hood use 9 mm, 38's, .25's, or regular LR .22s?
