Instead, the Exchanges and purchase requirements are going to lead to an increase in federal involvement with health care, but that will be gradually over decades -- certainly nothing that happens by the end of Obama's term.

Well, what is coming fast is a vast downgrading of the medical personnel who will provide your care from MDs to NPs, and various paraprofessionals. Along with that will be major restrictions on access to health care so you will be in more serious condition by the time you are seen.
