Would you trust thousands of low-level Federal bureaucrats and contractors with one-touch access to your private financial and medical information? Under Obamacare you wont have any choice. As the Obamacare train-wreck begins to gather steam, there is increasing concern in Congress over something called the Federal Data Services Hub. The Data Hub is a comprehensive database of personal information being established by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to implement the federally facilitated health insurance exchanges. The purpose of the Data Hub, (...Government Accountability Office (GAO) report) is to provide electronic, near real-time access to federal data and access to state and third party data sources needed to verify consumer-eligibility information. In these days of secret domestic surveillance by the intelligence community, (... rogue IRS officials and state tax agencies using private information for political purposes) and ( police electronically logging every license plate...") the idea of the centralized Data Hub is making lawmakers and citizens nervous.
They certainly should be; the potential for abuse is enormous. The massive, centralized database will include comprehensive personal information such as income and financial data, family size, citizenship and immigration status, incarceration status, social security numbers, and private health information. It will compile dossiers based on information obtained from the IRS,.....

Our National nightmare is just beginning.
I'm a little more optimistic. Thirty years ago, the best we could hope for in D.C. were Jack Kemp/Newt Gingrich types - Conservative as far as taxation goes and good on defense, but fairly elastic on matters Constitutional or social. A Ted Cruz or Trey Gowdy or Allen West would never have even gotten their foot in the door back then. We have a ways to go, and the enemy has the advantage of not having to work for a living and so they have plenty of time to make noise in the streets. The LIVs are basically parasites and even many of the leftards I work with are starting to grumble about having to support the bums.
The racial agitation by the POSUS will backfire, the MSM has lost all credibility, and people know and starting to see what's really going on, although you sometime have to whack them in the forehead with the 2x4 of facts and logic.
It isn't easy to stand back and watch while leeches and scrapegraces destroy everything around you, but now is a time to keep a cool head, and hopefully you've made provisions to ride out the storm. Meanwhile the fever has to run its course.
And THAT is the left's goal. To extort everyone. To coerce people into doing what the "leadership" wants, not what the individual wants.
THUGocracy. Governing by threatening everyone. Direct threats, indirect threats, implied threats, atmosphere of threats. Only when we all stand up to these thug bullies will our society have a chance. Resist, resist, resist. Never give up. You know what to do...every day and in every way. I believe all LIBs should be imprisoned.
1. If they track all your financial transactions, they can say they are looking for those buying medical services with cash without government approval. For example, Medicaid patients are supposed to pay for any medical services except through Medicaid.
2. They can use the excuse of tracking spending to see if someone is paid under the table, because they spend more than they officially earn.
3. If you need to ration care, why not use the charities they support as a way to weed out conservatives for care or throw in extra delays?
the information infrastructure will never go away.
one-touch access = Delete
Whenever you hear garbage from politicians about this type of data being “safeguarded” or “with the proper controls”...it is complete and total crap. This type of data HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPROMISED, and by their own admission, numerous times, in the last year alone. Their track record is failure. It will ALWAYS be failure.
