the problem is there was no truth in the media. The online media did another dan rather exposing journalism showing tm was just another thug.
In any DOJ civil case ALL the thugery comes out. Spoiliation of evidence is grounds for dismissal and punative damages. (see police concealing tm records, dade county concealing, angela corey misconduct, prosecutor misconduct)
BTW the argument from the prosecution for not revealing the gz bloody pictures was they “did not have the software to transmit a JPG picture.”
