I thought this was satire. Some of the comments on that story are frightening.

The one about the pensions being guaranteed by the state constitution was brilliant! Why didn’t we think of that?

I am going to ask for a ballot initiative to change my states constitution guaranteeing every citizen one million dollars! It will be law right?

This is easy! Maybe the democrats have it right and they can simply legislate money at the local and state level. I would also like to legislate jackolopes, unicorns, and the tooth fairy. My kids love the tooth fairy.

We are screwed......

She is a county judge. She has no standing and no authority to stop a Bankruptcy proceeding. Bankruptcy is a Federal Court matter.
