This idealism has to stop.
I only mentioned SF and I only know them from a past era, but when it comes to "hearts and minds" what do you mean.
The current US Army Special Forces, no longer do civil affairs. That is now, a whole different branch, of SOCOM. I hate what has happened, which began under Rummy the Dummy. He made the expansion numbers work, by dividing the SF mission parameters. This has also translated, to the other branches of SOCOM.
