Interesting.
We have a cat that is hyperthyroid and we just rub some meds on her ear twice a day. Her coat has improved, she has gained some weight back and is not as jumpy as she used to be. Old cat about 14 years old.
I wish it was hyper. He is hypo and seems to be missing the signal that he has eaten enough. He is always hungry and we have to hide food from him. Scary how sick they can get.
