America are populated with 2nd generation welfare families.
When the USA crashes it will be shocking.
You obviously swallow the "Government Reports" which lump ALL types of payments, even those which have been PREVIOUSLY PAID INTO by the recipient, as "Welfare". That's a gimmick that fools people into thinking the % of blacks on the dole is NOT realistic.
Fact is, the 15% or so of blacks recieving FOOD STAMPS ALONE, for example, is TWICE THE PERCENTAGE OF THEIR REPRESENTATION IN THE TOTAL POPULATION. In other words, more than 30% of Food Stamp Recipients are black, while they are less than 15% of the population.
Look at Public Housing Assistance, and blacks recieve more than 40% of THAT handout, again, while only being 15% of the population.
If you thin that's not indicative of what the 4th generation inner-city tribal parasites are doing "to make their own way", without Whitey footing the bill, you have issues.

That was the major driver of welfare reform; the gov’t. was always willing to write off urban blacks, but when whites started cashing in their golden tickets the state realized it was unsustainable.
Obama has undone whatever progress Welfare Reform made in forcing people to be responsible for their actions; urban
blacks are as dependent as ever.
