It was my understanding that the document that Rachael was asked to READ in court—and she could NOT do so—was her statement to the police which was written FOR HER by a friend because she cannot read or write ‘cursive’.
In any event—she is an example of what we are getting for our tax dollars out of the American school system.
She will be a permanent member of the welfare clas because she is totally unemployable.
Because of Affirmative Action, she is more employable than you are. Capable, intelligent, and useful is another matter.
