Charges filed against St. Louis man accused of killing over spilled beer

(KMOV.com) -- Police said a suspect has been charged after he shot and killed a friend during an argument over a beer spill in downtown St. Louis early Thursday morning.
34-year-old Stephen Rozier Jr. is charged with second degree murder, first degree assault, two counts armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Rozier looks like your basic career criminal. He’s 55 years old. He has a number of arrests going back to 1996, if not earlier.

Several years ago, two men in my town had a shootout over which beer tastes better..miller or budweiser..One was shot dead..the one who thought Miller tasted better, IIRC
The two beer connoisseurs were from the land of Dos Equuis & Corona.

A friend of a friend of mine got put in the hospital for the same thing. The angry guy took the pitcher and smacked him in the head. The victim was turned into a “developmentaly disabled” guy. His family sued, but the jerk was poor, and nobody won.
