??? I was looking for some direct quotes from Ryan that contradict this (Ryan saying that illegals must have citizenship)” Rand Paul was using this terminology months ago, and some others too.
They explain that the wait time makes the amnesty ‘unspecial’ because they must ‘get on back of the line’ when they wait that probation period.
