Florida should tell Eric WithHolder that they lost Zimmermans gun because they were unable to track it (Fast & Furious).
I second that.

The Republicans remain silent and cowering on the outrageous persecution of GZ by this racist pig Holder.Yep.

Then that is what should be done.
It is time to bring these harpies to a halt.

I once had a firearm confiscated unlawfully by LEO.
It took a lawsuit and more than a year to get it back just days before they were going to cut it up.

"That is the most valuable Kel Tec PF-9 in history."It's normally a $300 gun, but I wouldn't be amazed by anything it might bring at auction.
It's obviously the most costly KelTec PF-9 in history, considering Zimmerman's legal bills.

so a law abidding US citizen cannot have his own gun...
yet the same dept will give away automatic weapons to Mexican drug dealers.
why are we still tolerating these people? why aren’t they arrested?

does he have his passport back yet
theres no legal reason to keep it any longer...
To: 2ndDivisionVet
If anyone in this matter should be in jail and not trusted with a gun, it is Holder.

It’s apparent to anyone paying attention that the NSA spying uncovered a lot of dirt on a lot of republican politicians.

The DOJ has no authority to order the gun held. If they want it they need to go to Federal District Court to get a warrant, based upon sworn evidence of probable cause, to seize it. I believe the Florida authorities are under no obligation to honor a Justice Department request. If Zimmerman demands the return of his gun, and the Florida authorities refuse to comply, they have violated his 14th Amendment rights. Actually 5th Amendment. And it's multiple felonies: 18 USC 241 and 18 USC 242.

I don’t think Zimmerman should get his gun back, but that is the state of Florida’s call.

They never gave me back mine after my husband shot himself with it.
I guess that is how FL does things.
I suppose i could demand it back, but I have a doggie whom I love.

It’s not really Florida, per se, who is doing this, they are taking orders from the US Attorney General.

Uhmmm, why shouldn’t he get his lawful property, that he is legally entitled to, back from the state? Believe me, I’m ALL EARS on this one.
