What I read a while ago is Japanese and Chinese are more prone to stomach cancer than Americans/Europeans. Then kinda skate on lung cancer for reasons I mentioned. Also black coffee is best and stimulates your lungs. You can stop an asthma attack this way. I don't drink much coffee but never once in my life have I put milk, cream or anything dairy in it.

Funny thing about asthma. I had allergy induced ashtma. being an AF brat they gave me shots to treat them. I was allergic to basically every living thing except mud. I now have two Great Pyrennes dogs and two cats. Civvie medicine never treats the cause, they throw inhalers at people. It’s a damn shame and I get on my soapbox about this whenever I can.

I will remember that about black coffee. The stuff at work is horrid but I’ll deal with it without half and half.
