Our system for selecting leadership is broken to the point that criminals, cowards and corrupt officials have no trouble winning popular support. The fault lies with a media that has become politicized to the point of abject corruption. This, coupled with an electorate that is dumbed down to a level of idiocy, make it impossible to sustain any level of meaningful quality.
McCain has always been a 2 faced coward. As a young man he was a prima donna pretty boy who could not perform basic tasks properly. He rolled over for the VC at first blush and never looked back. This disreputable, dishonorable blowhard does not deserve the honor he has been afforded.
