No, you misunderstood.
They claimed that he retired, in which he could not be forced to testify.
If he is still on active duty, he is still a government employee and CAN be forced to testify.

Thank you but I was speaking of GENERAL Ham, not the Marine Lt they’ve been hiding... Ham needs to speak out and now. Hell is still taking reservations.
